They are great little units, as long as you don't have any heavy work in mind, the 110v capability is really handy. Just make sure it hasn't been worked to death, or else your bargain will disappear in an avalanche of parts bills.
I have used a 130 before, and I liked it better than the Lincoln equivalent, but this can be a flame war subject. You definitely want gas capability for MIG welding - flux core is kinda dirty.
I personally use a Millermatic 210, which I like for its ability to penetrate better than the small 110v units. Comes in handy sometimes, but a good welder (not me) can get amazing things done with a small unit.
