The local Les Schwab had a decent used one in their bone yard when I needed one. The 6 lug Budd rims they used on the military 6x6s were common on lots of busses and delivery vans for years. I still see them on school busses. I have an old lowboy trailer with the same rims. I'm sure if you check the truck tire shops, you can find one locally.
But you're right to make sure the one you get is an exact replacement, not a ring for some other 20" rim. There are a lot of subtle differences between rings and we've all heard the horror stories of rings blowing off.
