Thanks for the well written scientific breakdown Junior. I'm (and Dan Shockley) still waiting for those to really apply the traction aiding devices. Of course, you still need to keep all four (or at least as many as possible) on the ground. Articulation still matters, if you lift a wheel or two (see yellow swivel on PW ARB website) after driving up a JC Whitney oil change ramp it will go, after that, your PW truck ain't gonna git it (see chapter 3&4 - repower and suspension modification.) I would love to see some of these selectable lockers in action but no one seems to be "using" theirs.
