Sap Runs are not even a dream yet. Its 10 below right now and NOAA Forcast is saying 32 below tonight. Our weather tracks Saranac Lake very close. I was hoping to tap next week. That is totally out of the question. I have no idea when. We have to get into a trend of mild freezing nights and thawing days for sap to run. We may be boiling in July ha ha
