The last couple of sets that I got from them were a couple of years old. They got them because the USMC is changing to a different tire not because they are out of date. I think you are right on Chris, about the answering question thing. They have been selling them non stop for the past few years. In my opinion Ebay is a crapshoot anyway. Be prepaired for a let down and be happy w/ the good buys and bid accourdingly :-) Kurt
