I have been welding with Oxy/Acetylene for years, but I wanted to learn MIG welding. A friend recently let me practice on his welder which is old and about as big as a refrigerator. It seemed easy enough and with a little coaxing I headed to the local welding supply and bought a new Lincoln MIG 215 wire feed. This thing is so easy to use it's incredible. I would recommend it to anyone considering this purchase. I hauled it home on the back of my W500 yesterday and today we got some fresh snow.
Two good days in a row. JH
