Dodge content; big horn,We just had rocky mountain big horn sheep steaks for supper! This is the best wild game I have had the pleasure to enjoy. Grown localy in Idaho a onnce in a lifetime tag drawn in a lottery and filled by my hunting partner. Well just wanted to share. We ate a cougar last year, cooked up alot like a porkchop. Haven't tried furd or chevy yet. may have to work up to it!
