Door Removal

I need to take my PW doors off to have a few small screw holes welded. I got the pins out of the hinges after soaking them but I cant figure out how to remove the small arm which limits the swing of the door. There is a small pin which holds the arm to the door bracket but it doesnt want to budge. Is the pin hammered over on the bottom to keep it locked in place?
