Kevin, the material is a cardboard similar to the original that can be painted but this is one area that I have to work out. I painted mine Sand Dune white like the trim on my truck. I just checked with a shop to have the vinyl edging sewn on which they can do. I'm thinking the 57's were a one piece headliner but I've slept since I've seen a 57 pickup cab. LOL Does yours have a center bar running front to back? If so I could make a one piece by doubling the pattern. The 57 TW I have here just has a piece of plywood on the ceiling. Did you get the driveshaft in to get yours mobile?
