It's 2WD. It looks high because it's a Cab/Chassis. The Cab/Chassis uses the same suspension set-up as the 4WD, you are looking at the lower control arm and the axle is a solid tube axle. If you get a Ram 3500 4x4 front axle, it will bolt right in, then all you need is a transfer case and cross member, re-work the transmission tailshaft, add drivelines, re-wire the computer, install transfer case linkage and control wiring......uh, just look for a 4x4 AND a diesel, with that truck you need the Cummins. It's NOT a 3500! Cab/Chassis are rated at 23,600 GCVW, they are bigger heavier and stouter than the 3500, they just tag them that way to allow lower weight fees.
