At the top of the page is a link to VPW. Click on there and from their page click on VPW Annual Rally. When the site is ready for preregistration this is where it will most likely be. I've been checking every day. They/someone will post it here as soon as it's avaiable. In 2005 it cost about $100 for me to attend every event and registration. Hope this helps and questions aren't bothersome
