Man I sure don't want to go thru that again! At least it is not on your property and you said you would hold it for a while till he picked it up. It took about 1 1/2 years for the guy to claim mine I sold him. He did nothing till it was a day or 2 from auction and paid in full and left a credit card on file for several more months till he had it shipped back east. If you did not tell him you would take care of it till he came for it your doing the right thing. Just send him the certified letter saying where it is at and what is going to happen and let it happen if he won't come thru. Make sure you get a signiture that he got the letter too. Don't pay anymore and wait for the auction and bid on it. Any extra monies will be sent to the owner after the original bill and legal stuff is paid for. Good luck I am not sure why people do this but I got $10,000.00 from the guy and he did not seem to want the 48PW?? Mark H.
