3/4 ton Series E-DA pickup

Hi Guys, what a great forum! Does anyone have any information on the really old pickups? I just bought a 1929 3/4 ton down in Fort Lauderdale. Any info you can give (such as finicky treatments needed etc) would be helpful as its my first foray into prewar Dodge.
