When I did my garage/shop, I had a panel box (circuit braker) installed too. I too went with the quad outlets every 4', at about 5' off the floor and sometimes, it ain't enough. I also have outlets overhead. Ain't enough either. But face it bro, you'll NEVER have enough in the right places all the time.
