M-37 Opinions

So I am having a hard time finding a civilian power wagon to restore. I do like M-37's and there seems to be more of them available but just wanted to get opinions on them. What do you think a restored one is worth? Do they essentially have the same running gear as the civi? Anything to watch out for when looking for one?
