I have also been down this road. The problem lies in the forged axle shaft. In order for the axle shaft to be worth a crap, it must be forged. There are several companies producing forged blanks for all the major axle shaft manufacturers - they all have a max standard length! The offset rearend creates a very long axle shaft on one side, noone can accomodate it. It is my understanding that the M37 is right at the limit.
With regard to spline count, the ARB will accomodate a 33 spline Dana 44 side gear. So if someone figures out a supplier for the forgings, then we will be in business!
