A couple of points that may save some agrivation . If Your MC and booster end up below the caliper - put a small residual check valve in the line . About 2 lbs is what i used . This will help the system work by keeping the pucks from pulling away from the rotors more than is normal . The reason this happens is because the fluid wants to travel to the lowest point . Might not be a problem with the Carryall being as high as it is.
