WWII wc52 rear to 50 PW rear

revamping this subject..the wc is centered, the pw is offset to passengerside, the rear of the pw had one gasket/shim under the bolts, what do i need to install the wwii wc third member to the PW, 3 shims??? or are we talking about shims somewhere else..
