The nut and washer are off. The nut was very tight but I was able to get it off with a 4' cheater pipe.
I've already taken the rear yoke off and it came off very easily.
I'm going to take a short piece off 1" pipe, drill a 3/8" hole through it, slide it through the two u-joint holders, and try using a 3/8" full thread bolt to jack the thing off. I don't know what else to try.
