MOst of the knowledgeable folks say that it is difficult due to the length of the engine (you have to build a "dog house" into the cab), and then you have all that extra weight now up front. Significant spring mods then needed. I have a modern CTD truck, and the engine alone is 900 plus#.
Many folks go for a 4BT Cummins instead to transplant.
THe W series PW's like the power giant or sweptline are an easier fit.
