Thats a NV 4500HD Dodge version. Its 5 speed/OD, figure around 1000 to 1200 for the tranny. Figure (depending on where you buy) another 500 to 600 for Flywheel housing adapter, flywheel, Bell House. Add the cost of a 1994-2000 Clutch. It gets pricy quick.
