The solution is very simple. 1. remove the windscreen. 2.Rip the original seal out (it isn't resiliant enough to conform to the variation in gap around the windshield frame) 3. Go to a building supply store and get some foam rubber window calk. This is a spaghetti shaped closed cell polyurathane that is sold by the foot. It is color coded for size (the one you want is grey, 5/8" dia). get a tube of Barge brand contact cement also. 4. Use the cement to glue the new seal on top of the groove that the original was installed in. Don't push it down in the groove.
5. Reinstall the winshield and adjust it as evenly as you can. then crank it down. If your window is a poor fit for the cab you may have to have someone push lightly against it from outside as you crank. I did this to my WDX 2 years ago and not a drop gets into my cab (and here in OR it realy rains) I will try to upload photos of this to my website next week.
