Some states take a rather dim view of titleing services, so I'd check with the states. In Idaho, you can obtain a "branded" title on your statement, a bill of sale, and a VIN inspection by law enforcement. They may require a DMV check if it came from out of state. Simple to do and cheaper than a title service. Mention "Broadway Title" to the DMV inspector here and she says "do not do that".
