WW2 WC 3/4 tons had 2 different sizes of diffs. 8 3/4" and 9 5/8". The 9 5/8" diff is the same as PW. If the centered housing is out of a 3/4 ton it needs to be out of a late 42/early 43 to 45 truck. Or, you can modify an early housing with bigger mounting studs, a late rear cover and use 2 gaskets for the correct clearance. If I have forgot anything someone pipe in please.
