Morning Joe,
It's a torsion that loads the tongue so the trailer and tow vehicle act as one.
Mostly used on RV type and cargo trailers.
When you load the bars it will actually raise the rear of the tow vehicle.
How's your project coming? I see where it's very COLD there.
