What the heck is a "Data Fair"?
I used to think we didn't have to worry about the BLM because it was the Forest Service that was closing everything down and requiring permits for every little thing, whereas you could pretty much do whatever you wanted on BLM land. Things have changed, though. Up in my neck of the woods the Forest Service is way more reasonable to deal with than the BLM. We have USFS, BLM, and private land all mixed up together so it can get to be quite a mess.
