FYI, I contacted a person in Wisconsin from his website dashknobs.com. Apparently he reproduces replica dash knobs for Power wagons including ones with cable attached.
Black knob with white letters.
Since good knobs are hard to find this is good news. I plan to fllow up on this and will let you know outcome.
