defroster piping for ffpw heater

Hi folks,

I am working on my pw heater model 61. Anyone know where to purchase the flexible tubes that connect the heater to the defroster vents? The tubes are about 2 in diameter. Also where to get the hardware brackets and knobs for the defroster switch and heater switch.
