Bed Mounted Winch

Since it looks like I'm going to miss out on ARB's, I'd like to find a bed mounted winch for my truck. Does anyone have pictures of one mounted? I would like to see how they work/mount before I get too serious. Do they spin backwards because they are mounted on backwards? Or is it common just to spool on the line so it rolls off the top instead? Reverse drive maybe? Chain drive, right? Anyway, you can probably tell I don't know much about them. Any info or pictures will help.
