Dodge CTD cheap deals in Tejas??

why are these trucks $6K cheaper in Texas than here if you can find one forsale. Are these orphans from Louisianna and been under water or what? Can I trust a carfax?
Only cheaper CTD I've found here locally has a ragged out trans and not well cared for.

PS...Anyone want to drive one to the next AZ Rally for me to come get it?? hahaha
