Dome lite where does it go?

A quick question. Since it was so warm yesterday I pulled out the old headliner in my truck. i cant figure where the dome light attaches- I have one and the wire too but not aclue of what to do.

Also dismantled my old model 60 heater, what a mess, rust and filth everywhere. Is there a seperate bracket for the defrost and heater knobs?
