I researched the teflon option about a year and a half ago. Bottom line, it was going to cost about $500 to do one truck with teflon sheeting if I recall. I talked to a person at DuPont who was in the know.
So, instead, I painted each leaf with epoxy primer and then hardened urethane over that. Then I assembled the packs with marine grease in between each leaf. They still look good, and so far so good, but I have only driven it on the farm here. Not highway ready.
