headliner kits comparison?

I am interested in putting in a new cab headliner kit in my B4PW. I understand VPW and Gary's Motor Parts both sell them- Is there any difference or are they the same kit. Does anyone know if there is a dark brown colored kit vs. grey color? Thanks in advance
