Slightly OT - WIlly's 4x4 pickup sites??

Considering a Willy's 4 x4 pickup as partial trade for some old D-300 parts I am selling.

I think it is a late 50's, early 60's truck and includes a parts truck. The guy wants $500 credit towards the parts. Seems like a reasonable deal. Aside from CJ jeeps I'm not all that knowledgable about these so any input appreciated.
