My 1960 IHC B140 has four headlights. Only the lower two are on for low beams. These units are standard headlights with high/low beams in them. The upper two lights are single element, only on with high beam. When high beams are on the lower lights are on high beam setting and the upper lights are on, thus four lights are on with high beams on.

This is the stock, original setup from IHC.
