need info on Custom wheels using the original centers of m37

I 've heard someone in the southeast is making custom wheels ex 12.5x16.5 buy welding the center webbing from a original m37 wheel into the custom wheel. Can anyone provide contact info or what wheel manufacture and part # that is being used?
