Are you wanting the kind that are shaped kind of like a square with the corners rounded off resulting in 8 sharp points that dig into the metal below them? Or, do you want the ones that are used on the bolts that mount the splash shields to the front fenders? These resemble a large round flat washer that has had the center stretched to a dome shape and there are 8 radial cuts around the circumference resulting in 16 sharp points that dig into the metal below them.
If you need the later, I saw some about 10 years when I was working maintenance in a warehouse. We were disassembling old Bayer conveyors dating from the mid 1970's. I grabbed a couple before they went to the scrap dealer. They were a dead ringer match to the ones found mounting the splash shields to front fenders on my WDX and B3PW. They are even cadmium plated! I wish I had taken the time to grab some more.
Anyway, industrial surplus businesses that specialize in outdated conveyor systems may be worth searching out as a source for these washers.
