The Ebay add doesn't say If it's licensed or not. My guess is not. Most likely some unsuspecting individual will buy it, and when he has it inspected by CHP they will give him the bad news. If I had a VIN for it I could get it flagged.
All the previous observations are correct re: axle capacity and braking ability. It's a liability nightmare. The guy who put those axles under that truck is ultimately responsible for anyone that gets killed by it.
