Hi Mike:
From what I understand, there's 2 540's. One with PD, and one without. The Beast has the 540 with OD, and I really like it. I don't have a PTO, and must admit, the 540 was already installed in the Beast when I got it, so I can't tell ya about driveline issues, yet.
