You're right about it being a two person job. When I installed mine after a refresh, I was underneath the truck on the passenger side using a jack to lift the 2x12 until I could get the right size board under it, while the wife did the drivers side. The 2x12 board was a little short (1/4 inch) in getting the TC all the way up, so I had to use a Phillips screwdriver in the side mount bolt holes to bring it the rest of the way up. I use the old insulators from the top on the bottom, and bought new for the top. The old still were in good shape. I believe Sid Beck also sells these for $3 each. I would suggest a post when you need something, and we all can share best part deals. Powder River had these on EBay over last couple of weeks - 8 for $25. I bought a set about a year ago and have added them to my spare parts depot.
