Is it a 3052? That's the 5-speed used in the gasser M35s. 5th gear is direct. The 3053 is the overdrive version. If yours is a 3052, I'll go look up the gear ratios. I like the gear spacing on the 3052 better than the 3053 myself. On the 3053, 4th and 5th are too close together, with too big a gap between 3rd and 4th. The 3052 feels more natural. I think Jonas put a 3053 in something it wasn't made for a while back and could tell you what it took to adapt it. The 3052 would be the same as far as bellhousing, shaft, and splines.
