More about the swivel frame please

So the driveshaft runs central through the axis tube right? Where are the electricity, brake & fuel lines routed?

What brings the frame back to the standard position? Springs? Are there detents to keep the frame in a straight position?

If these are being reproduced, can they be retrofit?
