Some rear wiper motors almost work directly, but I think you would need to move the hole a bit, or mount the motor in a box like in a CJ jeep.

I am working on a system that entails enlarging the hole in the cowl, links between the two, and either the motor mounted in a box in place of a wiper cover,like in a CJ jeep. Or hidden behind the glove box, and driven by morse cable. It looks like I'll need $400 for the whole sytem, all new marine components, complete to wipers.
