Not sure on this one.
Some places of business have web filtering software, (we use Websense) that will not show any ad picture or link that originates outside the website you are on.
So for instance, because the VPW ad graphic is actually feed from VPW, it might not show if you are filtering ads.
Thats not the case with the PWA ad.
