Too big without major modification. 3-53 will fit O.K. The 4-53 might work in a W300, definatly in a W500. If you pass on it, or want to make a little bit of money on it, I'd be interested in the engine for a 2 ton IHC 4x4 I am working on. I'd rather go with a IHC DT 466, but they tend to get expensive.
