flatbed 1947 power wagon in OLD CAR TRADER

does anyone have any knowledge or background on a 1947 flatbed power wagon that was advertised several months ago in oklahoma in the OLD CAR TRADER. it supposedly is a low mileage original truck with a working dump body. any input is appreciated.
