I needed to put a new one in a truck a few years ago. A new pan was nothing but the pan and ran over $200. However, in the Mopar Performance catalog, there was an oil pan kit that not only had the pan, but also the dip stick tube and drain plug too. I don't have a current catalog right now but I'm sure it's still in there. My cost for the kit was just under $100.
