Chris, The bolts that you need to remove are the 3 countersunk ones on front of the drum. Try a hand impact driver with LOTS of penatrating oil. Do not get carried away with this method, most times it does not work. Drill the heads carefully with progressivly larger bits till the head is gone, then remove the part that is left of them from the back. This worked very easy on mine and I do not think they were off since 1948!!!! Get new bolts from local place and use anti sieze or at least grease on them when installing. Have fun and good luck, John
