Assistance in installing heater in '54 C1 PW

I want to install an orginal heater in my PW and there has never been a heater installed before so the firewall is solid with no holes. I have to mount the unit inside the firewall on the passenger side which include two holes for the water hoses. Is there any particular spot where it should be mounted? THX in advance.
