flat fender parts prices

I know there is a ton of flat fender experts on the page. Can you help me attach some prices to this list individualy. I am trying to figure out the price to restore some areas of this power wagon I am lookin at.
Complete brake system $
New repro wire harness $
New windshield frame $
Restore all gauges $
Rebuild door latches $
I appreciate the informed suggestions on what these would cost.
